The Student Loans (Access to Higher Education) Act (Repeal and Re-Enactment) Bill, 2024 was signed into law by President Bola Tinubu on Wednesday.

This came about as a result of the Senate and House of Representatives reviewing the report of the Committee on Tertiary Institutions and TETFund.
