    • Former ambassador to Ghana and Spain, and widow of ex-Biafra leader Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu.
    • New position: Minister of State for Foreign Affairs.
  2. Barr. Bello Muhammad Goronyo
    • Previously: Minister of State for Water Resources and Sanitation.
    • New position: Minister of State for Works.
  3. Dr. Morufu Olatunji Alausa
    • Previously: Minister of State for Health.
    • New position: Minister of Education.
  4. Imaan Sulaiman-Ibrahim
    • Previously: Minister of State for Police Affairs.
    • New position: Minister of Women Affairs.
  5. Senator John Owan Enoh
