President Bola Tinubu has dismissed five ministers from his cabinet, signaling a major reshuffle. The ministers affected by the sack are:
- Uju-Ken Ohanenye – Minister of Women Affairs
- Lola Ade-John – Minister of Tourism
- Prof. Tahir Mamman – Minister of Education
- Abdullahi Muhammad Gwarzo – Minister of State, Housing and Urban Development
- Dr. Jamila Bio Ibrahim – Minister of Youth Development
The announcement was confirmed by Bayo Onanuga, Special Adviser to the President on Information and Strategy, on Wednesday.
This shake-up comes amid efforts by the administration to reposition its team for better performance across key sectors.
