12 Killed In Ebonyi Accident

At Ezillo, in the much busier Enugu-Abakaliki Highway Local Government Area of Ebonyi State, twelve people perished in a motor vehicle accident.

Propolitics learned that a white shuttle bus with the license plate EBJ 350 XA and an unmarked truck were both involved in the collision on Tuesday morning around 10am.

The collision was reported to journalists in Abakiliki by Mrs. Uche Chukwurah, Sector Commander for the Federal Road Safety Commission (FRSC).

She mentioned that among the dead were two men and 10 female passengers.

Two injured passengers, according to Chukwurah, were being treated at the Alex-Ekwueme Federal University Teaching Hospital in Abakiliki.
