Guinness World Records recognises Hilda Baci’s 100-hour cook-a-thon

The 100-hour cooking marathon that Nigerian chef Hilda Baci performed on Monday night has been recognized by Guinness World Records.

On Tuesday, the world authority on record-breaking accomplishments published a post on Hilda’s accomplishment on its official website.

It did, however, add that before certifying the chef’s milestone, its officials will examine the proof.

On Monday, Hilda finished a 100-hour cooking marathon, creating culinary history.

Prior to this accomplishment, Indian chef Lata Tondon, who accomplished it in 2019, had the world record of 87 hours and 45 minutes.

Hilda not only beat the record, she also extended it by 13 hours to establish her own record, which will be evaluated by the Guinness World Records before being formally added to the renown tome.
