President Bola Tinubu’s academic and professional records were provided by the Peoples Democratic Party and its candidate, Atiku Abubakar, under several names that he registered with the Independent National Electoral Commission. The Presidential Election Petitions Court accepted these documents.

Among the documents provided on Friday were a certificate of service from Mobil Nigeria Oil Plc, a B.Sc. from Chicago State University, and a degree from the NYSC Discharge.

Through the presence of its called witness, attorney Mike Enahoro Ebah, the PDP distributed the documents. He emphasized that although the documents bore Tinubu’s name, “Bola Adekunle Tinubu,” they were “purportedly” acquired by him.

The witness also produced the letters sent to INEC as attachments, along with the EC13 and EC9 nomination forms. PDP Chris Uche, SAN , PDP counsel, led the witness in testimony.
