The Accord Party in Rivers State has pursued the judgment of the Governorship Political decision Appeal Court sitting in Abuja, which approved the triumph of Governor Siminialayi Fubara of Individuals’ Progressive alliance, PDP as reported by the Autonomous Public Discretionary Commission, INEC.

The three-man board of the political race court had excused the appeal of the Agreement governorship applicant, Dumo Humdinger Briggs for ailing in merit by not demonstrating his cases of abnormalities in the political decision.

However, Humdinger Briggs, through his lawful group, raised one more 27 grounds of allure and five reliefs looked for which have been placed, recorded and communicated.
