President Bola Tinubu swore in eight newly appointed Permanent Secretaries on Monday. The advancement came as a result of their success in the Federal Civil Service selection process.
On Monday, the swearing-in ceremony preceded the start of the weekly Federal Executive Council, FEC, meeting at the Council Chambers of the State House in Abuja.Ndakayo-Aishetu Gogo, Bako Deborah Odoh,
Omachi Raymond Omenka, Ahmed Dunoma Umar, Watti Tinuke, Adeoye Adeleye Ayodeji, Rimi Nura Abba, and Ella Nicholas Agbo are the new Permanent Secretaries.
Meanwhile, at the time of writing, Tinubu is presiding over the FEC meeting this week, which is also attended by Vice President Kashim Shettima.
The Secretary to the Government of the Federation (SGF), George Akume, is present at the ongoing meeting, as is the Chief of Staff. Hon Femi Gbajabiamila’s staff; Folashade Yemi-Esan, the Federation’s Head of Civil Service; and Ministers.
