ECOWAS Applauds Nigeria, Sierra Leone, and Liberia for Holding Peaceful Elections

Leader of the ECOWAS Commission, Dr Omar Touray, expressed this during the 64th meeting of the ECOWAS Heads of State and Government on Sunday in Abuja.
