On Monday, the Supreme Court postponed making a decision in the appeal filed by the All Progressives Congress (APC) and Aisha Dahiru, often known as Binani, against the Peoples Democratic Party’s Ahmadu Fintiri, the state governor of Adamawa State.
Following hearing the arguments from the parties, a five-member panel chaired by John Okoro deferred the case for judgment before the highest court on Monday.
The claim that Binani filed against Fintiri was dismissed by the appeals court on December 18, as the PROPOLITICS remembers.
Earlier, the governorship election tribunal dismissed Binani’s lawsuit to fire Fintiri.
