Katsina State Governor, Dikko Radda, has encouraged occupants of the state to go to proactive lengths in guarding themselves against assaults by outlaws, as opposed to exclusively depending on government mediation.
The Governor settled on the decision on Friday at the Public authority House in Katsina during a broad crisis security meeting.
