Cameroonian and Nigerian Navy Forces capture a vessel carrying 30,000 liters of stolen crude oil

A joint activity by the Nigerian Naval force and the Cameroonian Naval force has prompted the capture of a vessel loaded down with 30,000 liters of raw petroleum thought to have been taken from Nigeria.

The Authority, Nigeria Naval force Boat, NNS Triumph, Commodore Rotimi Oderemi, uncovered this on Saturday at the review of the vessel at Ibaka in Mbo Neighborhood Government Area of Akwa Ibom State.

Oderemi let newsmen know that the vessel, MV Jasmine, was spotted inside Nigerian regional waters following tenable insight and coordinated effort with the Eastern Maritime War room.

As per him, a Nigerian Naval force watch boat, NNS Ekulu was nitty gritty to capture the thought vessel and examine the team.
