One of the new special advisors selected by Osun State Governor Ademola Adeleke is Bankola Omisore, a former special adviser to former Senate President Bukola Saraki.
Along with Omisore, the governor on Tuesday also named Olawale Rasheed and 28 other people as special advisers.
He also appointed Sekinat Halid, a former local government chairman under the All Progressives Congress (APC), as well as Dr. Adekunle Akindele and Femi Carena, the former caretaker chairman and secretary of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
Rasheed, the governor’s spokesperson, said in a statement on Tuesday that 10 of the 30 special advisors hold cabinet positions and that the new aides will be inaugurated on Wednesday at the Government Secretariat.
Azeez Badmus, Mosudi Yakubu, Stephen Akanfe, Tunde Balogun, Eniola Odeniyi Muniru Raji, Goddey Olijeh, Seyi Babatunde, and Kamoru Ajisafe are more names on the list.
The list also includes Sunday Komolafe and Tope. Oyebuade Rasheedat, Odelade Sarafat, Moji Omisore, Nurudeen Emiloju, Ropo Oyewole, Emiola Fakeye, and Yemi Ayodele are Victor Anjorin, Oyebuade Rasheedat, and others.
Also included on the list were Hashim Abioye, Ajetunmobi Akinwale, Hawa Ahmed, Durojaiye Isaac, Adebimpe Koyi, Abiodun Olaniran, and Adam Akintunde.
The statement added that portfolios are to be assigned to the advisers after the inauguration.
The message also stated that advisors would be given portfolios after the inauguration.
