Equity Chukwujekwu Aneke of the Government High Court in Lagos on Tuesday invalidated a crook accusation liked against a previous Head of Air Staff, Adesola Amosu, and two others over supposed N21.5 billion tax evasion.

PROPOLITICSNG reports that the Monetary and Monetary Wrongdoings Commission, EFCC, had re-summoned the litigants on an altered 13-count charge verging on illegal tax avoidance to the tune of N21.5 billion.

Equity Aneke on Tuesday maintained a primer complaint by the safeguard counsel moving the ward of the court to engage the case in light of the fact that the litigants were serving officials of the military at that point.

It had contended that the litigants were, consequently, simply dependent upon preliminary by a court military, since they were still officials during the period.
