The Allure Court sitting in Lagos on Wednesday attested the appointment of Bassey Otu as the legislative head of Cross Waterway State.
The redrafting court insisted the choice of the Political decision Appeal Council of September 26 which maintained the appointment of Otu, of the All Reformists Congress, APC, and his appointee, Peter Odey.
Otu was pronounced champ of the governorship survey by the Free Public Constituent Commission, INEC, having surveyed a sum of 258,619 votes winning in 15 of the 18 neighborhood legislatures of the state, to overcome his nearest rival, Congressperson Sandy Onor of the PDP, who surveyed 179,636 votes.
Communicating satisfaction at the affirmation of his triumph, Otu communicated a hand of cooperation to his principal challenger, Onor.
The lead representative said he was certain of the result of the allure, realizing that the electorate had hugely decided in favor of him during the Walk 18 governorship political decision.
Otu vowed to serve the state and push ahead with his Kin First Plan.
He asked the resistance to acknowledge the decision sincerely and hold hands with his organization in pushing the state ahead.
