Recently, the Ministry collaborated with Oxfam Nigeria to host a two-day workshop in Abuja focused on the Nigeria Workplace Gender Policy (NWPGP). This initiative highlights a commitment to ensuring equal opportunities and protections for all workers, regardless of gender.
During the workshop’s opening ceremony, Onyejeocha emphasized the importance of creating an inclusive work environment by actively addressing discrimination. She stated that the workshop aims to equip participants with the skills and knowledge needed to effectively advocate for gender equality.
