The Ikeja Sexual Offenses and Abusive behavior at home Court in Lagos has condemned 65-year-old property manager Igwe Ambrose to twofold life detainment for physically attacking his occupant’s kids.
Ambrose confronted a four-count charge connected with rape by infiltration and disgusting treatment of a youngster.
The people in question, matured 7 and 11, were exposed to the egregious demonstrations at Shagari Bequest, Ipaja, among January and June 2021, as per the court.
Judge Abiola Soladoye, in her decision, proclaimed Ambrose liable, expressing that the arraignment laid out its case without question.
Soladoye said the casualties distinguished the litigant and the proof uncovered him as a “shameless liar.”
She then, at that point, depicted the landowner as a “filthy elderly person” who fingered and contacted the bosoms of the survivors on the guise of assisting them with their school tasks.
“The declarations of the indictment witnesses (survivors) were valid, as they can’t agree to being fingered by the landowner,” Judge Soladoye dominated.
“The respondent was distinguished as the aggressor and their proof were validated by their mom and the researching cop (Initial public offering) who visited the crime location and an unmistakable record of the attack and foul treatment was affirmed.”
The court then, at that point, condemned Ambrose to twofold life detainment for counts one and two, which included the most extreme charges.
“In regard to counts three and four which convey seven years prison term, the respondent is thusly condemned to seven years detainment on every one of the count charge,” Judge Soladoye added.
The appointed authority then, at that point, ordered that Ambrose’s name be placed into the sexual offenses register kept up with by the Lagos state government.
